One API call is a single request to the QSAD Heating Energy Module endpoint — typically one simulation calculation for a building geometry with a given set of parameters. Each request returns energy performance data.
An AI scenario is a structured Oli.ai analysis returned via the API — including scenario generation, trade-off explanation, and design recommendations. Each AI scenario request counts toward your monthly AI scenario allowance.
Both plans provide identical API access, capacity, and rate limits. The only difference is branding: Standard outputs carry the QSAD label, while White Label outputs are fully unbranded so you can present results under your own product identity.
The onboarding package is optional but strongly recommended. It ensures your integration is correctly set up with the right input/output mappings, sandbox testing, and direct technical support from our team.
Overage is calculated at the end of each billing month and added to your next invoice. API calls and AI scenarios are tracked and billed independently at €0.07 per unit above your included capacity.
The default rate limit is 10 requests per minute. If your integration requires a higher throughput, contact us and we'll discuss a custom arrangement.
