A simulation is one full energy, cost, and embodied carbon calculation saved as a design option. Each time you run a new calculation and save the result, that counts as one simulation. Viewing existing saved design options does not consume simulations.
An AI insight is a structured Oli.ai analysis — including scenario generation, trade-off explanation, and actionable design recommendations — produced for a specific simulation or set of designs. Each request to Oli.ai counts as one insight.
Yes — the Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with 5 simulations and 1 AI insight, so you can experience the full platform before committing. No credit card required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Pricing is per firm — one subscription covers all users in your practice, up to the user limit for each plan. Simulations and AI insights are shared across the whole team.
The Project Pack is a one-time purchase of 100 simulations, 15 AI insights, and 5 saved projects. It never expires and is ideal for a single project or for exploring QSAD without a recurring subscription.
The Onboarding session (€250) is a 60-minute call where we walk through the platform and work directly on one of your real building models — ideal if you're just getting started. The Consulting session (€375) is for users already up and running who want expert input on a specific project: we review your model, results, or design decisions together. Both are available as add-ons for Project Pack, Starter, Pro, and Studio. Onboarding is included free with Enterprise; Consulting is covered under Enterprise's custom contract scope.
Monthly simulations and AI insights reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. The Project Pack is a one-time total — those simulations remain available until used.
